16 years of Parkinson's and still going strong.

Since a back operation one year ago, Neuropathic pain in the soulsof my feet is very disabilitating, and no doctor has come close to a way of relieving the pain. (I even had a Boston spinal stimulator which they could not get to relieve pain or if it did it caused severe dystonia).

Help?

Tell me about it. I have dystonia in one foot, in particular, that gets painful! I’ve lost my balance, and fallen because of that! My toes have curled under. I tried to discuss this, with my neurologist. He just looked at me, sighed, and changed the subject. He never has asked me to take off my shoes, and socks, so that he could see what I’m talking about! So, this has been going on for 5 years now. My wife’s answer to that is ‘ whatever ‘! So, that’s life!
