Anyone have any experience with Celastrol?
I'm not familiar with it. Interested in hearing what other people have to say. Thanks for sharing

Once again another invalid study due to pretreatment with the test substance prior to application of the toxicant:
"Mice received intraperitoneal (i.p.) injections of MPTP (10 mg/kg/day for 3 days) 24 h after the last celastrol injection (3 mg/kg/day for 3 days; Figure 3A)."
Or simultaneous treatment in the case of the cell culture studies which is no better:
"After treating the cells with 1 mM MPP+ for 24 h, JC-10 assay and ATP production results show that MPP+ increased the depolarization of mitochondrial membrane potential and reduced ATP production (Figure 2F,G), whereas this phenomenon was antagonized by celastrol (1 μM) cotreatment (Figure 2F,G). T"
Any number of ways such treatments can interfere with action of the toxicant that have nothing to do with benefiting Parkinson's.
Yes what is it would be interested to know and learn something new
Not familiar with itbut anything that reverse progression is of interest
I looked it up, sounds interesting, it is Chinese medicine, from root extracts of Tripterygium wilfordii, pls let us know where to get it if anyone knows, i want some.
