He is 2 and a half years old. His first owner sadly died of cancer a few weeks ago

Strictly the breed is German Shepherd. In french Berger Allemand. In German, shafe-hund (sheep dog)They became known as Alsations in Britain during the first World War

He’s beautiful! He’s very lucky that you adopted him after he lost his owner like that. And he will adjust if he is having any kind of adjustment issues. It just takes time and he’ll be very happy with you.
