i am 5 years into PD, taking no meds, a good tremor in my R/H and in my jaw but otherwise no serious problems. 74 yrs old. from the beginning I have taken 1 MG a day B1, NAC and NADH. lots of other supplements from time to time but those are my main ones so if asked I would say it´s doing me good but I have never stopped B1 so cant say whats it like without.

For me, B1 as hcl never did me any good, I had taken as much as 300mg (maybe more). I am seeing good result on 16.65mg of B1 as in 1/2 cap of TTFD. Taste is awful don't try the contents.
