Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) will help slow the progression overall if you stick with it 3 times per week. It helps on & off times, but you can still have some not so good off times. I believe it helps your whole body feel better from head to toe, motor and non motor symptoms.

I'm not sure if you have read any of my posts so I want to give you some of my experience with Rock Steady Boxing (RSB). I was diagnosed in late 2003 at age 46. Started RSB in January 2007 which was 3 mths after the headquarters in Indianapolis opened. So, this is basically based on my experience (16 yrs). I've seen RSB work for hundreds of PWP's (person with PD). Now this may seem like I'm selling something but there's nothing to sell. I've seen many PWP's quit using a cane or walker after working out for 3 or 4 months. I go to an affiliate now, for about 6 yrs. There are about 50 PWP's in 3 classes and out of those 6 yrs there have been about 3 or 4 that may have had little or no improvement. A few have passed away due to age and other complications and the rest have improved. So these are just a few of the reasons I can confidently say it delays the progression.

Hope I helped. Ask me any questions you want. I don't ever get tired of talking about RSB! 🥊

Yes, I noticed my trimmers more reduced after boxing than by my CL low dose. COVID put boxing online for a couple of years. Rate of decline much faster. Gloves Up!!

What laglag said. Started in 2007. I consider it my fountain of youth. Some days are better than others. All are better as a result of Rock Steady Boxing.
