I have messaged with Ally online. She is AMAZING. She was on American Ninja Warrior with Parkinson’s! I wrote to her months ago to tell her about this forum and red light therapy. She hadn’t heard of it.

I’m actually about their age to see other young people with PD makes my heart ache.

I just adore this couple!

And, I make dinner almost every night and then watch my family eat it bc I never eat dinner. It’s rough. And I fast multiple days. That’s rough too. But having YOPD forces me to do anything I can.
