Thanks for sharing such exciting news! Scooping posture and gait are the most prominent symptoms my husband has!
I lay down on a hard surface (floor) and let gravity pull my head back. After 2-3 minutes, the back of my head will release and touch the floor. Once my spine releases I stretch my shoulders and my upper back. This routine has helped posture which seems to help my balance. It is a little unpleasant however.
