I lay down on a hard surface (floor) and let gravity pull my head back. After 2-3 minutes, the back of my head will release and touch the floor. Once my spine releases I stretch my shoulders and my upper back. This routine has helped posture which seems to help my balance. It is a little unpleasant however.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Hubby goes to PT specializing in PD. They have given him a ton of home exercises but doesn't move a finger. Other than walking every other day, he doesn't exercise. If weather doesn't allow to go for a walk, he uses the treadmill.
