I have the IWatch and iPhone. When the watch detects a fall it will alert you. If you don’t respond it calls 911. You don’t have to push any buttons. It has been a life saver for me. Paramedics were called when I fell and broke my hip, when I fell and hit my face and needed 6 stitches above my right eye with a subdural hematoma, a fractured clavicle. It is water proof so I can wear it in the shower. I refuse to be without it. I’ve had it for a few years now. I highly recommend it.
