Wow

Me 2

I am a great believer in this. I don't always take a power nap, but I always do if I notice I am nodding off. I set a timer on my phone for 30 minutes, because it takes 5 or 10 minutes to nod off

I also do this if I am out driving and notice I get tired. Put the car seat back, lock the doors, and set the timer

I don't know about the other benefits, but I am fully awake and it lasts till late evening

I don't think WinnieThePoo addressed your question

I will try for power nap in general (not parkinson power nap). No its not the same. For differences between these naps (and other kinds of naps) check this link

My mum's freezing (at its worst in the early evening) has much improved with the introduction of a post-lunch nap.
