I am surprised. Is there any discrimination or lack of interest in this miserable condition between men and women?

Further still, is there a difference between treatment of white folks and colored folks?

Don't know about gender discrimination but I do know that women report that response to drugs changes through the month ie is affected by hormones but there is very little research on this. As to treatment differences surely that would be country dependant unless you have forgotten about the rest of us and are referring only to the USA
