Anyone taking Aromatic Turmerone to create neurons? Side effects?

"Both in vitro and in vivo data suggest that ar-turmerone induces NSC proliferation. Ar-turmerone thus constitutes a promising candidate to support regeneration in neurologic disease."

"These results suggest that ar-turmerone impaired the Aβ-induced inflammatory response of microglial cells by inhibiting the NF-κB, JNK, and p38 MAPK signaling pathways. Lastly, ar-turmerone protected hippocampal HT-22 cells from indirect neuronal toxicity induced by activated microglial cells. These novel findings provide new insights into the development of ar-turmerone as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders."

I look forward to watching this video when time permits, asap. Do you presently use aromatic turmerone? I use the powder form of turmeric and black pepper daily. I hide it in eggs or in my green smoothies with matcha.

I looked into Turmeric Essential Oil last month but could not find any that was edible, much less able to be injected into my cranium, so I bought some of this: Plant Therapy USDA Certified Organic Turmeric CO2 Essential Oil 10 mL (1/3 oz) 100% Pure, Undiluted, Therapeutic Grade amazon.com/gp/product/B01KW... and I diluted it with about 90% olive oil and rub some under my nose about 4 or 5 times a day.
