Anyone taking Aromatic Turmerone to create neurons? Side effects?

From the video below:

"It (turmeric) has something in it called 'aromatic turmerone', which has a different function... The aromatic turmerone has been shown in studies to actually, in the brain, increase neural stem cells. So, more stem cells in the brain to make more neurons. So it actually increases neural stem cells to, what's called 'differentiate', which just means these stem cells become neurons. To increase - dramatically increase - the number of neurons..."

To hear more about the quote, jump to timestamp 00:58:30.

To hear more from this doctor (she talks about circadian rhythms, gut health, etc), jump to 00:44:10.

Or just listen to the entire broadcast, which includes interviews of other fantastic doctors.

Adding the titles of those studies JAS9 Aromatic-turmerone induces neural stem cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo 2014 stemcellres.biomedcentral.c... "Both in vitro and in vivo data suggest that ar-turmerone induces NSC proliferation. Ar-turmerone thus constitutes a promising candidate to support regeneration in neurologic disease."

Anti-inflammatory effects of aromatic-turmerone through blocking of NF-κB, JNK, and p38 MAPK signaling pathways in amyloid β-stimulated microglia 2012 sciencedirect.com/science/a... "These results suggest that ar-turmerone impaired the Aβ-induced inflammatory response of microglial cells by inhibiting the NF-κB, JNK, and p38 MAPK signaling pathways. Lastly, ar-turmerone protected hippocampal HT-22 cells from indirect neuronal toxicity induced by activated microglial cells. These novel findings provide new insights into the development of ar-turmerone as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders."

I look forward to watching this video when time permits, asap. Do you presently use aromatic turmerone? I use the powder form of turmeric and black pepper daily. I hide it in eggs or in my green smoothies with matcha.

I looked into Turmeric Essential Oil last month but could not find any that was edible, much less able to be injected into my cranium, so I bought some of this: Plant Therapy USDA Certified Organic Turmeric CO2 Essential Oil 10 mL (1/3 oz) 100% Pure, Undiluted, Therapeutic Grade amazon.com/gp/product/B01KW... and I diluted it with about 90% olive oil and rub some under my nose about 4 or 5 times a day.
