It has been discussed previously, but I don't remember any definitive conclusions or anyone mentioning significant improvement.

Thanks Art. As I think you have mentioned before, with PK it's hard to tell what is working as no progression can be progress.

I ordered a bottle of TUDCA and now I am researching trying to figure out why I thought it was a good idea :)

I don't have PK, but have REM Sleep Behavior Disorder. I just bumped my B1 HCL to 1000 mg today and my Melatonin to 10 mg yesterday. Thinking TUDCA might be complementary.

I started TUDCA approx a month plus ago. For info look up The Science of Parkinson’s UDCA vs TUDCA. And cure Parkinson’s is doing or planning an UDCA study

TUDCA is good for liver health

So what dosage are you going with? I saw in the trials they are doing 1.75 to 2 grams a day. I was thinking just doing 250 mg.

Yes, my husband has been using restore gold for a few years now. It has other things that are useful too and it cheaper to take this than buy separately as TUDCA is expensive.

How is the Restore Gold working for him? If I may ask please.

It’s so hard to tell as he started quite a few things around the same time. He did take a break from it and other supplements for a couple of weeks and was worse so something is making a difference I think.
