This an excellent paper by Jed Jed Fahey. It highlights all the problems to be overcome to get any kind of sulforaphane-based therapy into clinical trials.
Dr Fahey is involved with clinical trials for Avmacol, a broccoli seed extract supplement which I take. In order to get the required sulphoraphane dose that you take, would I need more than 1 pill a day ? Thanks
