Hi everyone - I'm a YOPD PwP and new to this community, initial symptoms started in late 2016. Diagnosed PD in beginning of 2019. I had constipation problem along with other PwP symptoms. Since beginning of 2020 I included millet seed powder (boiling the powder in water and mixing coarse brown sugar for taste) every morning empty stomach in my daily diet. I noticed improvement in my constipation within a week. I still continue taking it and I no more have constipation. My other PD symptoms still persists and progressing especially the tremors of hand and leg. At least I got rid of one symptom, i.e. constipation and thought of sharing it with this community. Thanks.
