Help with brain fog

Apropos yesterday's zoom meeting my foggy brain has cottoned on to the discussion about brain fog and its symptoms which I now recognise. So could someone remind me of the remedy that was mentioned and was too far gone to write down. I've searched HU but not found anything.

Hi John! WTP commented that his "red light hat" helped dispel brain fog and Catherine said that Mannitol helped a lot. FWIW I find my broccoli extract tablets and the cinnamon and of course exercise help too. I guess that its not surprising that there is more than one approach as they all target brain health. Kevin

I don't know what else might have been mentioned but I noted the improvement from the red light coronet I was modelling

Sorry, can't help (brain fog.) but stay away from Prevagen. It's worthless.

Some forum members have reported HDT/B1 helped them relieve brain fog.

High-dose B1 helps me with word recall problems and sluggish thinking.

Thanks for the replies. Blows away the gloom. I'll see about getting some mannitol. However I've gone the other way for my next experiment. With 10% cbdoil, on special offer at the pharmacy, sell by 04/21, now 24.99 was 99.99! As emergency remedy for tremor and festinating incapacition when trying to walk with my mindfulness coach. Phew complicated life.
