Heart rate problems

Has anyone else had problems with their blood pressure? I normally run a perfect 110/70 but recently I’ve been having an elevated diastolic number but it only lasts about half an hour and then it returns to normal. It’s got me a little flustered and trying to figure out if it’s the pd or something else. I appreciate any feedback from other pwps. Thanks

My dad's Pressure went up and down like a yo yo. Doctors never could figure it out. Mine stays good so far, but I just use herbs and exercise a lot and eat gluten free/ sugar free and grow organic vegies fruits and berries.
