Sundays, 11 AM to 12:30 PM, US Central Standard Time

EVERYONE is welcome -- to join either one or both.

If you want to join us, send me your email address via private message and I will email you the link 15 minutes before the start time.

5 - 6 people plug-in Saturdays & 15 - 20 join Sunday's meetings.

Usually, it's the same people, which is nice. We have become friends.

Conversations and subjects are whatever we want. We share our experiences with exercise, diet, drugs, supplements, and spouses.
