Anyone else got a step counter? I think I need to do 12,500 steps a day minimum to feel ok, preferably with some decent cardio in there too. On a stationary or normal bike I put my fitbit in my sock. I am also in a competition at work 5 days a week to keep me motivated. Parkinson's is like the Red Queen in Alice Through the looking glass: "Now, here, you see, it takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must run at least twice as fast as that!"

Same here.. 👍
12,500 steps a day is quite impressive goal! Mine right now is 5,000/day on average, unless I go for 1 hr walk which gives me a little over 8,000 steps. I have 3DFitBud simple step counter from amazon.
I use the Amazfit Bip S smart watch. It costs less than $100, runs 30-40 days on a charge and tracks steps, pulse, sleep time including naps. It's kept me motivated to walk 7k-8k steps per day. It also has a function that reminds me. to take my meds on schedule.
I have a Garmin VIvoFit 4 which I wear on my ankle. Strive for 6,000 steps a day. In addition, I do Rock Steady Boxing 90 min X 5 days a week.
I wear a FitBit Versa 2... The feature I use the most is the sleep analysis...
I like my Fitbit; it's an older Charge 2 but it works just fine. I use it not only to monitor my activity level (and sometimes my heart rate) but I've set vibrating alarms to remind me to take my meds. I find that much nicer than my iPhone alarm going off every four hours.
