In addition to the Michael J. Fox Foundation and the Davis Phinney Foundation, I also emailed Simon Stott from the Science of Parkinsons blog in an attempt to generate more interest and enthusiasm about Pallidothalamic Tractotomy (PTT).

Simon provided me with a very general story about Focused Ultrasound which he wrote in 2016, along with this note:

Hi Jim, thanks for your message. I wrote a SoPD post about FUS several years ago. It probably deserves an updated version. Will try to find some time to do that in the new year. Kind regards, Simon

I think we might be making progress. Nothing readily available on the planet right now gives me the hope and genuine optimism which Lenamm, MB Anderson, and Trixiedee have provided through their experiences with Pallidothalamic Tractotomy.

Will he be covering PTT or just what is generally available?

When I wrote to Simon, I specifically indicated that I would like him to write about PTT performed by Dr. Jeanmonod at SoniModul Clinic, but I don't know if/what he may choose to write about.
