I certainly have. Might make sense, as conditions like PD are sometimes called type 3 diabetes. I try to limit my sugar intake, and that suits me well.

I have it too. I too stay off sugar and eat little meals throughout the day to keep my blood sugar stable. Haven’t had any real issues.
