Why does C/L make you sleepy shortly after taking?

I think it’s the effect of too much dopamine in the system. I cut my pills in half when I first started taking them to not take too much at once.

Morning yes, I go bed sleep, 1 hour more.

Definitely- I sometimes struggle to stay awake..but I have coffee so I think it keeps me alert.

Not facetious! I WISH that would work for me instead of flopping and flipping for hours...

I just recently started using Melatonin (2 x 10 mg) to get to sleep for at least 4 hours. I still want to sleep ~ 7 hrs. with maybe 1 interruption ( you know, ... ) when needed.
