Conductors are highly trained professionals who often have a physiotherapy background. They are trained for at least 4 yrs at the Peto Institute in Conductive Education a method developed to aid people with Cerebral Palsy which also improved motor development in other conditions. Try Googling conductive education or Peto.

i thought maybe it was something like a conductor of an orchestra combining music and movement.......but now it is completely clear to me
