These are from Ari Whitten . The podcast is long and you can skip the first 9-10 minutes intro. There are many compounds in his supplements that are already in our regime but these are handily in several supplements. Two are powders so no capsules. They are organic and he explains all the science behind each compound. But they are expensive. Having said that they are cheaper than all the ingredients sourced separately so I’m tempted to try swapping some of these in for a portion of the others to see if there is any difference as there are a few different things in it.

Has anyone tried any of them?
