I purchased two of his DVDs and really enjoy doing them. He understands how her body works so we cannot cannot do and makes the exercises easy to follow and fun.

I agree I follow PDonthemove I think his understanding comes from the fact that he has PD. His exercise regime is fun and certainly helps my symptoms.

Do you know what medication he uses? I think he is naturally sceptical about them all. His approach is inspiring and daunting. Great workouts.I am a newbie - no meds yet but I can see how difficult it is already. I try to work on each symptom and listen to my body but . . we shall see. My response to food is very strange, either ravenous or nauseous. If only there was a perfect menu for PD!
