I decided yesterday to treat myself and ate big slices of salmon. And also today.
I take normals 4 times c/l 25/100 and one time c/l 50/200 . I feel very tired because of the quantity of protein I consumed . Any idea how to get back my energy . Having hard time walking

If your tiredness is really due to eating salmon 2 consecutive days, it would seem like after it has been metabolized, you would go back to normal. I'd give it another day or 2.
I would be surprised, though, because eating salmon 2 days does not seem like such a heavy dose of protein that it would throw your system off that much.
Protein really interferes, I have problems with protein to, even if I wait an hour or hour half, it's seems to shorten my 3 hour on time. I'm thinking if no bowel movement that morning, rx takes longer to work and when it does it's not 100%. When I eat to much protein and rx isn't working 100%, I now use Inbrija inhaler for getting dopamine into stystem 20 minutes, and I'm ready to go, can walk, and tremor gone.
I didn't think consuming protein caused fatigue. Eating protein close to (within an hour of) a C/L dose would probably interfere with the absorption of that dose. But I didn't think Levadopa helped with fatigue. 🤔
2) You might talk to your neurologist about Inbrija.
INBRIJA is a prescription medicine used when needed for OFF episodes in adults with Parkinson’s treated with regular carbidopa/levodopa medicine. INBRIJA does not replace regular carbidopa/levodopa medicine.
I just notice when my dopamine isn't at full level, I feel weak, and when rx working, I feel like I don't have Parkinson's. Maybe your fatigue is coming from something else maybe trying looking at diet, maybe try food elimination, some people are sensitive to lectins or maybe vitamin levels D or just have a vitamin panel test from your doctor
