Thank you to all the wonderful people here who share their discoveries and what has helped them. Your contributions and encouragement have made a great difference. I only realised this when I joined the bladder forum ( only 500+ people) and someone had posted a question about nocturia asking for help some 5 months ago and no one had replied. 😬

It made me realise what a valuable community we have here. Thank you Roy Prop, Chartist (Art) , Gio, Despe , Kia, Grumpy, Jim, Bass, Laj1234, Jenny , Rhyspeace12, Daph and so many others.
