I have started stretching my neck as per the following

First, I love my chiropractor. She puts my spine right when it gets out of whack. Yoga and stretches are great too.

The linked paper is a single case report by several chiropractors. I am not persuaded. My posture is great when I am well medicated or when my symptoms are at a low ebb, and can be terrible when I am poorly medicated.

Regarding the video, the idea that this guy has got "solutions" for Parkinson's is a royally misleading waste of time. There are enough snippets of truth keep a person watching, but you can can skip to the last few minutes to see what he is actually suggesting.

I see Dr. Bergman references multiple studies and explains logically.

At least he attempts to address the issue instead of just C/L prescriptions :)

I really do believe that while not causing the actual disorder, poor posture, blocked lymph and Glymphatic systems may contribute to some of the symptoms. It may be caused by stopping the cleaning up of waste products from the brain, or putting the brain under Increased pressure, Perhaps the chemistry in the brain causes the anxiety and rigid shoulders and neck, then the stiffness causes other symptoms. The chemistry possibly triggered by genes, pesticides, poor diet, allergies infections etc.

I think any cure isn’t going to be a cure as such, but a fixing of the gut and diet, exercising and working on loosening up tight areas in the neck and shoulders, straightening up the posture. This might relieve some symptoms.

For my hubby to get any further will require him to accept that behaving in some of the ways he was has Worsened his symptoms. Ie refusing to do anything he doesn’t enjoy or feel he is good at meant he never attempted to do anything involving fine motor skills, and this is the first thing which has gone. He almost needs to retrain his brain like a stroke victim would, or a young child. Also social anxiety means over lockdown not talking to people he has regressed and finds it all overwhelming now in a large group. The only way to fix that will be getting back into it. Which he has to choose to do

No one would doubt that correcting your posture would be helpful, but Dr. John Bergman is a conspiracy theorist.

Keep in mind some of what he says has to be correct, otherwise he could not be a health Guru. And, yes I do agree with a more nutritional/natural approach, blah, blah, blah.

In this video he explains why he is not afraid of the coronavirus and that is because, essentially, it’s a conspiracy (theory) in which the government is going to use the coronavirus (which he intimates was man-made -- intentionally) as a scapegoat to cover up the government’s failure to back our currency by gold and thereby retain control of the people.

Dr.Bergman on censorship. 1 min video. The federal government is removing his videos from YouTube because he is a threat to the information put out by the CDC.

In this way too long, tedious video he bloviate's about civil disobedience and how the coronavirus is -- in the immortal words of him with small hands -- you guessed it, a hoax.
