Call the surgeon as soon as possible.

You need to call your doctor. I had my gallbladder removed years ago and did not have such side effects

Open versus laparoscopic? I did 6000 procedures before PD led to retirement. Worry about pulmonary embolus or intra-abdo problem. Call your surgeon or go to ER if no quick response
