anyone tried NAD IV therapy?

My husband has been taking NADH at the encouragement of one doc but since we've had to go 1000s of miles away, and now also see another doc, he says the dosage was way too low, indeed he recommends IV therapy of NAD (or NADH, not sure) for parkinsons. Has anyone any experience with this?
