My main issue is the stress weakness. With no stress I'm almost normal. I used to be very stress resistant and the REM disorder and the stress weakness were the first symptoms I felt. I'm working for about 21 years in the same place like SWE and I decided to have a job interview to a place close to home and no travel involved.
Even I did not care of the result and I was confident regarding my qualifications I could not control my shaking. Actually it was the worst ever. I told them I have ET and the Eng, Manager said his wife has it too and that does not matter. But I think it did. They said I was overqualified and I would get bored even the pay was not bad and I was willing to accept it.
As soon as I got out the shaking suddenly stopped for the entire day after moving in a full relaxed state. It stops every time when my focus is diverted and forget about the PD (for example when working to a software project and do programming without feeling any external pressure).

I relate to this completely. My shaking is barely noticeable to others when I'm relaxed. When I'm under any stress at all, or even talking to someone new, my tremor and nervousness becomes overwhelming. This is my most debilitating symptom and causes such social anxiety. Sadly senemit does nothing for me. Its really affecting my job.
The same! But I noticed something interesting. Usually I'm sleeping 7-8 hours and when full rested my tremor is reduced but if my sleep is not good then my tremor accelerates. If I sleep only 3-4 hours, then my tremor is reduced, no matter. PD is a wild animal.
