WTF?

I posted recently about problems with ice out on the track. I wasn't able to step over a small snow berm. When tried I went backwards. I guess I blamed it on tiredness. But last night coming home from work the same thing happened as I tried to go up three steps from the garage to the inside door. My brain said go up the steps but my body went backwards, throwing me into the ladder that can be seen to the left. Is this a symptom, akin to some type of kinesia? Lately it feels like balance problems are getting worse. Nothing like vertigo but as if my back wants to spasm and prevent my standing still or turning to the left or right. Any advice?

TIA,

kevin

I agree about the roundup. I spotted that right away too.

Put a handrail on the wall.

I would definitely need a hand rail to assist my constant balance problems for that small climb.

With respect. All the "stuff" around the door and the steps ????

I see it as a challenge, trying to go up the steps with all that crap in the way. Also I'm too lazy to clean the garage. :-)
