The motor and non-motor symptoms of patients with Parkinson Disease were shown to slightly improve with a weekly exercise regimen of physical and cognitive exercises, according to research presented at Future Physiology 2019.

I wish we knew exactly what exercises were done and at which level of intensity and duration.

Anything that you do that YOU think might be helpful yields a 30-40% improvement via release of endorphins, better dopamine “grease”. Go for it!
