So, new antibiotics is in a catch 22. If seldom used, they're too expensive to make. If used often, we might culture germs resistant to them also.

When you are referring to doctors who practice alternative/non-pharmaceutical medicine, most of their information is anecdotal. Scientific studies cost millions of dollars. The pharmaceuticals can afford the studies. Their studies are all based on patented medicine. Many alternative doctors have been banned from FB and other sites, as not being credible.
