Chiropractic care to reduce “Pisa (leaning tower posture”.
This problem is neurological in nature rather than a subluxation of the spine. So I do not think chiropractic would be able to do anything.
Don’t know if neurological or not. PD neuro won’t address this. Husband has MANY falls and has high threshold for pain. Broke his collarbone, I noticed the slumped shoulder and took him to ER.
My Chiro would xray first before procedure. Who knows? He may have broken his back at one time? Either way, wish he could get xray to determine if from pd or not?
My back has been achy for weeks. I don't want to abuse tramadol anymore so I tried two 200mg ibuprofen. An hour later it still aches but not as bad, not as irritating. I read that ibuprofen can help PD.
Hi. I see a chiro for PD, along with my neurologist of course. One thing he does is reset the atlas vertebrae to allow more impulses between the spinal chord and brain. In addition, he has me do exercises to eliminate PD stoop posture. He has made a difference.
