Yes. Another white knuckle ride to follow. Recognising the declared interests of 2 of the authors it nonetheless supports the body of evidence for the gut brain link and misfolding alpha synuclein. So suggests another mechanism for BIIB054 to be effective in slowing PD progression even if relatively little of the drug reaches the brain, and as a bonus relieve constipation. Here's hoping
