These are fabulous exercises. My husband works out strenuously at the gym...legs, core, arm...but no one ghas offerred exercises to help with this hump/slump which has been growing progressively more severe.

When I fractured my shoulder I did similar exercises. To help open my chest and get my arms back for tthe first one, i lay down on a long firm foam cylinder so that my head and spine were on it...aligned with it. Gravity woyld help pull my arms closer to the floor.

We are goint to do these together. ALL of us spend way too much time in a stooped position.!
