Very interesting. The other day I foolishly played tennis in 35C heat and while I felt quite dizzy and unwell at the time, the next day I felt excellent. Perhaps my body produced some GDNF when under heat stress.
Not recommended as a treatment however!

I listened to the whole podcast, not easy for someone whose feet never touched the ground.
Of course that changed with PD, but now I have hope. Mindful walking instead of spin bike, consciously working replacing mindless spinning. Thanks John
