I have this book and always refer to it. One problem I encounter a lot is that initially mucuna make me feel 'fuzzy'.

KERRINGTON,

Can you explain a little more what you mean by "feel fuzzy"?

A good percentage of the time while it helps reduce my PD symptoms, it makes me feel drugged. Other times I get a feeling of normality.. Banyan Botanicals Mucuna seem to work best for me, but I use Solaray,

and Keter Wellness too, depending on the situation.

What a strange article. Why must mucuna have that huge list of things in it? Unless they are found then you cannot say they are there.

Now I see where you got the info.

Amazing isn't it?! Just got dad on it. Wondering what your doses are and schedule and if you take it with green tea or carbidopa or what... Thanks! Also are you taking mucuna powder or extracts or pills? Thanks!
