No need to shout Parkinpons, Dr Costantini does not work anymore. As far as we know, he suffered a stroke following carotid artery surgery.

His technique is proposed by Dr Fancellu in Genoa, Italy, but one has to have an appointment first and go physically there. His whereabouts should be easy to find out in this very forum.

Xenos is right. Dr Costantini did have a stroke and doesn't seem to have recovered. There's a Facebook page called Parkinson's thiamine hcl, which is linked in some way with Dr Constantini. It's a private group, which I've joined. It's basically about B1 and is very helpful.
