Do you remember when the governments eliminated any talk of electromagnetic waves from high tension power lines in close proximity to housing and schools being of any danger. Well except Sweden they banned it.

Electromagnetic Waves , I think that there is much more to know.

When x-rays first came out in early 1950's there was an x-ray machine at the local shoe store that people used to see their feet inside shoes. We have no idea what effect watching TV and living under power lines has had in the same time period.

I remember those x-ray devices in shoe stores--my elderly memories seem to suggest the late 1940s. Children were fascinated and couldn't be kept away. Nobody then seemed to be aware of dangers but the machines suddenly disappeared.

It will likely be the frequency that determines the ill effects of electromagnetic fields or waves. The earth has an electromagnetic field or waves that we are all exposed to every single day, all day, so not all electromagnetic fields are harmful.
