My husband uses our Wii fit to exercise playing numerous sports games! We also have the balance board which is also helpful. It was bought for me to use about 8 years ago so dusted it off bought new batteries and it now has a new purpose!
He also walks, does aqua fit and sometimes bikes in the gym.
