Fred has had Parkinson's for quite a number of years, and held off from taking Sinimet for a good while, but is now on it and doing ok.

He is not taking Vitamin b1 though.

His blog is interesting and contains some useful information!

I’ve always found his insistence that one can heal oneself despite slowing getting worse quite irritating to be honest!

I agree. His rather bizarre list of dos and don’ts has patently not worked for him if he is now on medication. He also appears to be giving his guidance in relation to all health conditions - dangerous.

Well to be fair his progression has been pretty slow. How's the chest?

Ha! Much better. Thanks for asking. Horrible experience though to have had that for months on end. Now if only I could get rid of the pesky PD😕.
