The link does not work but this appears to be intended as an advertisement for a clinic in Dallas, Texas that uses the Hinz protocol. Not necessarily bad, but they need to be up front about who they are what they are up to.

Some people report good results from the Hinz protocol. It is not cheap or easy-to-follow though.
