Israelis spearhead early detection of Parkinson’s disease

“Gloom, despair, agony on me...
Deep dark depression, extensive misery.
If it weren’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all....”
I would hope that research is also going on to find better ways to treat the disease, or even halt it. If we already have a means of early detection, then that would be perfect -- Diagnose early, and then take preventative treatment.

By the time PD is diagnosed 70 percent of dopamine is gone. Things like stress have a severe negative impact on dopamine. If it is known early that there are dopamine management issues, further damage could be delayed.
Actually quite a good question. Do we in fact KNOW of any measures that DO prevent or delay? Claims or hearing second hand are one thing, but do we know of any facts?
