I take a 1.05 dose of pramipexole CR as well as Madopar. For several years the NHS brand of choice has been Pipexus. There was a supply problem to my dispensary when I picked up my most recent prescription and I have been taking the Teva brand for two weeks now. I am finding that my symptoms are much better controlled and I am feeling better than I have for a long time.
Has anyone else experienced similar brand differences or is this some happy coincidence?

Yes, I suppose that, as we are all so different in terms of symptoms as well as drug reactions, it will be hard to get an answer which would satisfy the nhs bean counters. I have put the question to my specialist nurse practitioner who is a busy lady but will no doubt come back to me with any feedback she has gleaned from her patients. Thank you for your reply zionshack. Sarah
