Hi! I just want to say thanks. I’ve been told I have rosacea and recently it’s been bad and I haven’t been able to clear up the redness or spots. HOWEVER, I tried the anti dandruff shampoo and it’s really clearing up! I lather up a little and dab it on and leave for a minute, as suggested and then rinse. I use Head and Shoulders Classic Clean. Marvellous! Thanks for all your posts on this.

Condor gave us the solution. It's close to a miracle. Even cortisone wasn't working for me.

Try otc prosacea. About 13 dollars. Order online or drug store. Works for after years of using metrogel I could no longer afford.

Hi, My husband had this and was on doxycycline for years but after having his gut bacteria tested and finding it was deficient in good bacteria and high in bad bacteria he decided to try to find a natural cure. The naturapath advised to stop all sugar, and take berberine and Allimed (garlic) for a week then probiotics with high dose of bifido and lactobacteria alternate weeks and repeat. It cleared up slowly. After a while he stopped and it slowly came back so now he is back on it. It does work but you have to be ultra careful with diet and keep the protocol going long term.

Stopping sugar is also good for PD in general so the roseacea is just another symptom showing too much sugar in the system.
