B1and Rash?

Husband with PD started on B1 and after four days of only 100mg a day, has developed a rash on his arms. Anyone else had that specific problem. He’s been on Sinemet for quit some time so that’s not the culprit.

Is the rash itchy or painful? Is it flat or is it bumpy or scaly?

It is not itchy and they are small red bumps!

What brand? Could you be allergic to one of the fillers? Is this capsules or injections?

I can’t seem to find details of them on the internet to see what is in them. We use vitacost which come in 500mg capsules and haven’t had problems.

Probably the fillers. Funny thing is I’ve given him these before and no problem. Might try another brand. Thank You!
