During the "crunch" abdominal strengthening exercises, at the moment of maximum exertion, I feel a strong tremor of the affected muscles which is immediately relieved at the time of relaxation. This started more o less two years before the diagnosis. Does the same thing happen to any of you?

Yes, in yoga, if I really push myself in a forward bend while sitting, really engage my core, I get strong cramping in a part of my stomach, about half the size of my fist. Figured it was dystonia. It doesn't immediately go away when I release the muscle, but eventually does.

Yes, the effort is stronger, the tremor is stronger. One might think that it is lack of training, but it is not so. This effect began with the first symptoms of Parkinson's.
