RoyProp--I follow your posts on HealthUnlocked and find them insightful and informational. I was in communication with Dr. C until he had to take a medical break recently. I was taking 4 g of B1 per day--2 g right before breakfast and 2 g right before lunch. Dr. C had written me that my optimum dose was something less than 4 g per day and we would look at lowering the daily doseage after a period of using 4 g daily. Now that he is unavailable I want to lower my doseage to 3 g per day but am unsure of what to do. I did not notice any change--positive or negative---while taking the 4g per day. Do you have any thoughts to share regarding my dillema? I apologize for imposing on your knowledge and time but need advice re this conundrum.

Please can you describe your symptoms including motor and non-motor.

You have symptom improvement gradually. Over 4 months at least. You may not notice and you may be recently diagnosed.
