My hubby has had PD for at least 5 years and takes Sinemet but went off the agonist that was supposed to assist Sinemet. Drs. give this combo a lot but in the med. read out it says not to take together. He fell a couple of times, not really remembering why so stopped the 2nd med. as it can cause high BP. Hubby's voice gives out and with my faulty hearing we might as well not talk so I know what you mean. His lungs sound terrible and I have no idea why. He only takes 2 Sinemet in the eve....25/160 not sure as bottle is hard to read. It helps with leg freezing and stiffness but by next eve has more left hand tremor. If his Nuero has said anything, hubby doesn't share about it and won't go to reg. Dr. Do your lungs sound congested and wheezy? I get so many different ideas from this site...confusing. Does he really have PD or is it Essential Tremor or some other look a like. I think we'll try L theanine and B1. I sincerely hope you find a solution. We've gone thru PD and voice exercise classes but can't say we've kept it up. We both have trouble with consistancy with things. I have Fibro., depression, acid reflux, late onset diabetes, and active Epstein Barr virus. We're in our 70's. Bye for now.
